The suction machine is used for the material transport of injection molding, and can automatically feed the material to the injection molding machine.  When there is a shortage of material in the bucket of the plastic central feeding system, the suction machine will be given a signal.  The suction machine uses the principle of air extraction to transport the plastic material to the bucket of the injection molding machine, when the material reaches a certain degree, the suction time is suspended, and the proportion of the material is not enough to transport again.

Suction machine is on the basis of the original suction machine, the development and planning of a small central feeding new machine, it has strong suction, simple operation, beautiful appearance, safety and convenience, the machine is equipped with a high pressure fan and one or six central vacuum hopper, suitable for multiple dehumidification dry feeding or separate supply of a pair of six required materials to transport to different forming machines or barrels.  It can greatly save space and cost, and can also be promoted to use more than one forming machine.

The suction machine can be divided into two kinds: direct suction machine and split suction machine, and the carbon brush motor is selected for the single suction machine.  It can be replaced if the motor is damaged.  The split suction machine uses an independent motor, which can be used with multiple suction machines at the same time.  The suction machine can be used together with the crusher.

When using, according to the application situation, the size of the bottom hole of the crusher can be properly adjusted.  If the material is too long, simply surround the shaft, is not conducive to use.  The term suction machine defines the use of air flow energy in industry and agriculture to transmit movable materials so that materials can be further used to facilitate the material transport machinery and equipment.
